TERMS OF SERVICE
> The average wait time for your finished commission is 1-2 weeks depending on its size/complexity.> I take payment through PayPal and Cashapp, USD only.> I take payment after you approve the final sketch. I will not continue to work on your commission until I receive payment.> The art you commission is for personal use only. Not for commercial use or reproduction. You may do what you want with my work as long as you provide proper credit!> I will block and blacklist people who make me uncomfortable or violate my rules, and I am not required to give you an explanation as to why you were blacklisted.> I have the right to deny any request and do not owe you an explanation.> Do not use my work for any sort of NSFW content, I do not wish to be associated with NSFW sites/accounts.> I sometimes post the commission work I do online. If you would like me specifically to post or not post the commission done for you, please let me know, otherwise I will assume I can post it at my leisure.
COMMISSION RULES
> All my work and my confirmation sketches will have my 2024 watermark on them. Confirmation sketches and WIP images will have a watermark overlay to prevent theft.> Prices for commissions may be subject to change due to complexity-- this goes both ways. Characters with very detailed designs may be extra, and simple-shaped characters may be less than the default price.> Asking repeatedly for changes to the commission piece past the sketch phase may result in extra charge. Please be clear when requesting tweaks or changes.> Each added character costs half the total amount of one character (i.e. two headshots would cost $12.00 instead of $16.00)> I will NOT draw any content promoting bigotry (racism, lgbtphobia, sexism, etc). Asking for such will result in a block.> I will NOT draw any NSFW content. This includes "SFW" fetish content. Do not ask me to draw NSFW content. Do not attempt to fetish mine. You will be blocked.> If you would like to commission me, please send me a private message through Instagram, Toyhou.se or Tumblr (linked on home page).> When ordering a commission, PLEASE INCLUDE A clear and detailed reference for the character design or subject! I will not draw a character without a clear reference.> Please be specific when ordering, including the pose, background or background colors you would like for the piece. If you don't include this information, it'll be up to me.> As of now, I am not offering full/detailed scene backgrounds for commissions! It's just not something I'm comfortable with at my skill level.> Commissions will come with a basic color, pattern or transparent background per the commissioner's request.>Please feel comfortable asking questions about your order or the process if you have any! I want to answer and help to the best of my ability.

CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS
